Over-drive, Honda Element

Oust bought a used 04 Honda Element....It's auto, 4cyl.,awd...I just noticed
the Over-Drive button on the shifter....Do I keep it on all the time??? Or keep it
off??? I'm getting mixed answers....Help

If you just drive, keep it on al the time. If you want a peppier high gear in cityish driving, only use OD at highway speeds.
