i was driving home from work and realised my car was overheating,i
stopped to see what was happening and realised one of the fans stopped
working so i waited to make the engine cool after sometimes like 30
minutes i tried to start my vehicle but it wasnt starting again it only gives
ignition sound but wont start again i took  a mechanic there who brought
down the tank to check on the fuel pump he told me the fuel pump is
working perfect.he tried to do a hard starting by putting some fuel into the
valve it will start as soon as the fuel he puts finishes it will stop and the fuel

Then there is a blockage in the fuel line, like a plugged up fuel filter. And it is not necessary to drop the fuel tank to check the sock on the end of the sending unit. There is a access hole to go threw to get at the fuel pump and assembly. The fuel pump needs to be checked with a fuel pressure gauge hooked up in the fuel line to see if it is good or not, but first replace the fuel filter.

Sounds like the fuel pump has an intermittent problem. If the car runs when starting fluid is sprayed in the throttle body it's usually the pump. But like the other person said, check fuel filter first it's alot cheaper to replace!

Also check your fuses and relays to the fans for overheat issue. The coolant temp sensor could be the culprit as well since it sends signals to computer for fans to turn on at certain temp
