Transmission

Asked by Andyknip Feb 19, 2019 at 09:42 PM about the 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 Base Crew Cab 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I ran my truck in the rain in 4-high at about 70mph
for 20 minutes in the rain before I realized it. Can
that negatively affect my transmission? Iv noticed
that shifting between 1 and 3 with my automatic
transmission will shift very “hard” almost jolting the
truck.
