Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The green cruise control light come on when I press the cruise button but it goes off the second I stop pressing the CC button.  Is there a fuse for the cruise control on a 2004 Honda Accord LX?  Any solution would be helpful.  Thanks

That is not a bad fuse. I think the Cruise Control button is faulty.

Honda's have a problem with the cable that goes to the throttle. The problem is where the cable links up with the throttle body,it breaks. See if you can follow your throttle from the cruise control to where it is supposed to link up with your throttle. You might even find that the cable is just hanging in mid air like mine was.Sorry I can't help further.

I fixed mine with a toothpick. Hold the cruise button down & slide the toothpick next to it to hold the button down. That was 5 years ago & still works. Just snap off the excess.
