BATTERY

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had to change my light bulb yesterday and in order
to do that I have to take my battery out. I did all of
that and then put the battery back in and it wouldn't
start. I got a new battery this morning and put it in
and it still won't start replaced starter beginning of
year and there's a new engine in it. What could it
be?? PLEASE HELP

Clean and tighten the battery cables. Did you accidentally reverse polarity?

Do you get any lights or sounds out of the car at all, like buzzers or chimes? Any lights coming on when you open the doors? Just pulling your battery out while changing a bulb should not have any effect on the car at all, unless when you hooked it back up, something in the car that draws electricity was left turned on, and the sudden draw of current has blown a fuse.
