2005 Honda Element EX dash lights, temp control lights,gear shift lights, radio lights,

What is the fix, will the instrument cluster replace make all these lights start lighting up or will that just fix the speedometer, tach, and gas, temp gauges, how about the gear shift radio, and ac temp control knobs, all red needles work and dimmer makes the red needles go bright and dark
