You can't sell a leased car legally. Since you only have 3 weeks left on the lease why not let it run out?

This would be a felony. You don't own the car, you are renting it. Read your lease dude!

You will have to pay the piper in a few weeks. I would find out what you will owe ahead of time so that you can come up with the money to pay it off.

Your lease contract should clearly state that you have power of attorney to sell or buy the vehicle at the end of the lease term All AHFC is concerned about is that they receive their "residual value " and any lease termination fees in a timely manner.

At the end of the lease you have ZERO equity in the car and the title is NOT in your name. You can choose to buy it at the residual value stated in the lease. You can't sell a rental (leased) car!
