My car can not pick up speed and it  jerks and  in  
some time started to smoking  the smoke is white

White smoke is a symptom of a bad head gasket. Check your coolant to see it there is oil in it and check the engine oil for coolant.

Yes, most likely the head gasket. There is probably a leak in between the cylinders. You are probably in need of coolant and oil.

Well, you KOd the head gasket. Check the oil for coolant, and vice-versa (check the coolant for oil). You also probably went into limp mode.
