I recently order a car from out of state and when it arrived it was not as I was told it was and missing several options. Can i get a copy of the old add it has since been taken down?

Even if you had a copy of the ad, so what? That's not a legally binding contract. The only thing that IS a legally binding contract is the SALES CONTRACT you had to sign when making the purchase. If you blindly signed the sales contract without comparing it to the advertisement, then you are screwed. All you can do is see a lawyer, it will cost you money and it may not do you any good in the end, as it comes down to what you signed your name too. Internet ads and whatever comes out of the salesman's mouth don't mean jack****.

BOY you are screwed, forget it and move on!

Unless you have all the details in writing you don't have a case.
