Trying to sell my friend's car

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I am living in Massachusetts and I have a car that belongs to my friend
name.
Unfortunately, the owner is not available to come back to the U.S anymore
due to his personal reason, he requested me to sell the car for him. Am I still
eligible to post on Cargurus? I have all paper documents related to the car. If
I can, what do I need? Maybe power of attorney?

You need to get the title into your name, THEN you can sell it as you would then be able to transfer it to the new buyer. With title in your friends name and him out of country, your'e stuck. Check with MAs DMV web site for how to sell a car or transfer a title.
