I am concerned about how difficult the work is because I am afraid the
dealership will mess things up even worse if the repair isn’t easy to
accomplish. I have had a bad experience with the dealership so far. First
they damaged my dashboard when replacing a factory-sealed windshield
that was leaking (why was it leaking in the first place?). Then when
attempting to repair the dashboard, they got dark paint on the interior of my
car. I am concerned about what they will mess up if I let them touch my
vehicle again so am trying to figure out whether or not it is worth it to take
the risk. It really bothers me to have to accept a damaged dashboard when
my car was in pristine condition when I brought it to them. On the other
hand, they could continue to damage my vehicle if I keep letting them touch
it. So I am unsure as to what to do.
