This is from a dealership and the car has only been driven to shows. It has
never been titled.

A dollar is a good price. Do your research and offer what you think it is worth. Always offer less than they ask.

Remember that this is a 2-year old car in the eyes of the Used Car market; no matter what the dealer charges you, this car has depreciated by over $12k already.
