Vibration at startup

I have a bad vibration and is really noisy right at the initial
start up. I have a 2016 Focus hatchback SE nothing
special. But when I start it up it sounds almost like I got
glass pack on it and then it quiets down after my car
starts to warm up. What could it be ? I’m at a loss for
what it could be I thought possibly exhaust somewhere
but I don’t really know.

Well I’m taking it to the dealership Saturday but I JUST had work done it didn’t sound like that before he work go done
