Problems with Panamera gearbox

My 2016 Panamera has a major fault. Undemanded power surges and kangaroo slowdowns and ups when in automatic. Its very dangerous as the car decides what gear and speed to drive at. Its going back as 'unfit for purpose' and I am suing the garage.

Doesn't sound like the transmission to me. How would a transmission cause a power surge? Either there is some very strange mechanical issue or a software problem. What happened when the dealer technician test drove it? I cannot believe that any Porsche dealer would let a car leave the building with these issues reported.
The car that I own I own a Porsche Panamera 4 2011 the cam stopped working and also the """electronics"' stopped working turns out the reason my son was late to school was because it wouldn't shift into reverse but I learned after checking with my OBD I learned that the mechanic I had that worked on the car had unplugged a couple cables to make sure he got his money. I sued him for the distress it caused me since I APPARENTLY NEEDED TO HAVE MY ENTIRE ENGINE REBUILT which I knew was B.S. But sadly the recall they had on my car significantly lessened the value of my car
My 2012 Panamera transmission died at 82k miles. Was out of warranty by a year and Porsche took no responsibility. They will not stand behind workmanship imo, even for extreme failures. You are warned.
