I am looking for a NEW 2016 Chrysler Town & Country. I wish your software was smart enough to help us find NEW vehicles collecting dust on some Dealers lot? It could save us $ and make the Dealer happy to unload that inventory item they forgot about!

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I tried to find any 2016 New Chrysler Town & Countrys, but your software
doesn't allow me to search for NEW Town & Countrys. I bet there is ar least
one still out there on a dealers lot collecting dust!

Call your local Chrysler dealer and ask them to run a search for a new 2016. Calling the corporate office might help.

I wish that would work. More than eight months ago I tried to look using Chryslers own website/software. Town & Country was replaced by Pacifica. I asked at several dealers and they were surprised, amazed, and not Happy that the 2016 Town & Country that was sitting on their lot was not going to be found using Corporate Chryslers Website search. I also called Corporate Chrysler and they told me there was very many of them made, that is why their website was changed not to allow any of us to look for them. Back then a Dealer told me to try CarGurus.com, they were correct, your site found New 2016 T&Cs sitting on a lot for over 360 days, brand new still! But today your web site has been changed liked the Chrysler web site. That is very SAD! Your answer is not helpful and not the Best Answer. I posted the question and I did not find it helpful. I want to know why your website was changed to not allow searches for New 2016 Town & Countrys? I do not want to step into a Dealership if they do not have what I want. I loved your site searching though All Dealerships and finding what I am looking for. Than I can go directly to the Dealer that has it. It almost looks like you and Chrysler favor pushing 2017 Pacificas over New left over 2016 Town & Countrys. Is this a question of the Customer doesn't know what they need and Chrysler and you want to think for us? Yes, the 2017 might be quieter than 2016, but Chrysler seems to have taken standard features of 2016 T&C L and pushed them up to the Pacifica L Plus and more money. Makes 2016 a better $ deal for a L Plus. The Hybrid is enticing, but they lose stow and go, which is the Crown Jewels on a T&C, and should be on ALL Chrysler Min-vans! I'm praying for Chrysler to put stow and go back on All their min-vans, Hybrids included. Their engineers need to work harder to get stow and go back for all future Chrysler min- vans. I LOVE stow and go! And I love your web site as long as I can search for what I think I want, a very dusty brand new 2016 Town & Country Touring L, with more than 365 days of sitting on a dealers lot.
