How do i get A C to blow air out middle vents to my face area and not at the bottom foot area only.

It doesn't matter where my selector switch is moved to, all the air comes out down by my feet. It will blow cold or hot air but not in the middle where the air will cool my face or body. I read that the vacuum hose causes this but where are thay and how do I fix them.

check for one broken/off under the hood...refer to the vehicle emission control information label/picture. under your hood.
