2016 Mustang Won't Start

2016 Mustang GT, Manual Transmission. I moved the car about 10 ft forward
while the engine was OFF, washed the car, and then went to start it up and it
wouldn't start. I got a lot of really fast clicking. Unless it's just coincidence, I
feel like this has something to do with me moving the car while the engine
was off. From researching so far, I thought maybe I tripped the anti-theft
system or I've completely confused the computer. Either way, the battery is
at 8 volts right now, so I'm trying to find different solutions once I charge it
back up. Otherwise I'll just be taking it to the dealer tomorrow.
