2001 mustang door hinge

when I lift my door it wobbles up and down and when i close it it sags. I have to slam and press the door for it to close. Im asking if i have to replace the door hinges or get the repair pin kit. and if i have to replace the hinges do i replace the lower hinge or upper or both?

what is the pin kit called (or do you have a link) because when i search 200l ford mustang pin kit it shows years 79-98

and also this problem has been going on for a while- I just never had the time to get it fixed and now its just getting annoying
