How do I reset my CEL on a 2016 Cadillac ATS?  It doesn't reset by turning on
the lights and pressing the gas pedal 3 times.

You fix the problem causing the light to come on. The light is not the problem, it is just the messenger. Most auto parts stores will read the trouble codes for you.
