68 327 camaro shuts down

I can drive the car 20 min then engine stops. Let it
sit and sometimes it will start back up and drive
again the stop again then wont start just spins
over.  No spark .new mad box. Curious what size
wire should be used to feed power to the small red
wire on an MSD box

I had a simular problem with a 1975 camaro.. on the firewall where the wires to fuzebox conected there was some comming lose and after i fixed the ones comeing lose it fixed my problem under the hood is where i fixed wires on
