Dead battery in 2016 Ford Explorer Sport

Asked by GuruR51H6 Feb 03, 2020 at 10:53 AM about the 2016 Ford Explorer Sport 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The battery on my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport dies after sitting in the garage
after a few days. I’ve had the battery jumped many times and then replaced
the battery, and the car continues to die.  I’ve had a mechanic check the
engine and nothing was found. Any ideas on how to resolve this problem?

Was a parasitic drain test done? It's easy to do yourself with just a multimeter. To save typing just check out the net on how to do it.

Curious @GuruR51H6 - did parasitic drain test solve the issue? Same issue with 2016 Ford Explorer.
