2015 VW touareg TDI camera not working , no message

Hi, My 2015 VW Touareg rear camera doesn't work but unlike others I see listing questions there is no" not available message".  I checked the fuse on the passenger side and is good. I tool the panel off the back and all the cabling and wires look good.  The parking assist says not available.   Any thoughts?  Should I be looking at another fuse?
