I have a ford focus 2001 16v ztec. whan you start the car it idle high and then
the idle drops and if you don't push the gas paddle the engine dies, I have
clean the throttle body did not make any difference, any idea what other
things I need to check and what to check first and so on.

I have a 2013 Ford focus SE HATCHBACK that has the recalls on the transmission, I took it to the local dealer as we have begun experiencing the shudder and loss of power and the dealer just called stating it is the actuators which of course are not under the recall and said it is going to cost $2,500 and that it may not fix the problems and may have to be brought back of the shudder isn't fixed.
