2015 Chrysler 300C message says rear turn signal out, however it is not.

This is happing to my 2015 Chrysler 300C. It is intermittent. Basically every time I take my foot of the brake a message appears next to the speedometer showing a picture of the car and states the rear turn is out. It also chimes like a low fuel message. I have checked every turn signal and they all work.   Just wondering if anyone has found a solution to this?
