Car won’t start. Does anyone know why?
Car won’t start, all lights on.
Changed the brake light switch it’s not that.
It’s a automatic but just when we turning key it
As it’s bank holiday and the garage we got it from
us off with covid we just wondering if anyone has
seen anything like this before
I am only hoping it’s something small as I am due to
pop with my son as we can’t afford to not have the
Any help would be great
Could be any number of things , dead batt. , bad starter , a relay , a fuse , safety switch , park neutral switch , See if it starts in neutral .
A 2015 Mercedes and "can't afford" do not correlate: and they shouldn't. More expensive cars demand more expensive maintenance & repairs. If the car was fine a day ago, it's likely just a battery problem. When you attempt a start, do the lights work? Does the starter move? For now, have the battery checked. If it's original, five years old, that's likely it. And it's unlikely that a five year old Mercedes has any other relevant defects.
Can’t afford not to have the car working!! Not can’t afford not to fix it. But misinterpretation can be taken via short and frank message. Had it checked it’s the starter motor, found a mobile Mechanic. Luckily we can sort next week. Thanks for your reply. :)
Good to hear
