Yes .the MFI (multiparty fuel Injectuon ) system . This system incorporates separate plastic fuel lines that have injector poppits at the end which directs fuel into each cylinder .there is one injector pump which is controlled by the fuel management control /Ecm . It wasn't a great system to start with aND as time goes on they become less efficient . The hoses /tubes inside the plenum become brittle and tend to Crack /split . Even tho yiu can have each individual one replaced more often than not since they are all aging at the same rate most knowledgeable shops will tell you to replace the whole spider assembly or prepare to pay to change another at a later date . Now if it is something you play. To keep amd ha e a few extra bucks there are several upgrades that use actual independent fuel injectors at each cylinder which provides not only better efficiency ,smoother engine idle ,quicker response/power and usually better fuel mileage . On the average this upgrade set is anout 100 dollars more than what was original .it's just as easy to install and the end result is like night and day . Good luck hope this was helpful
