Have you done any testing? The diagram I posted is for manual hvac. If you have automatic hvac the diagram may be different. At the blower motor, two wire connector, top wire is voltage, bottom wire is ground. You can take connector loose, use both ends of test light at the terminals. Key on, havc/blower motor control on, if the test light comes on, You have voltage and ground good enough for the lamp, blower motor maybe faulty? Sometimes you can take jumper wire from the battery for voltage and ground to blower motor, just to see if blower motor will work? Sometimes the brushes in the blower motor get worn down and the motor runs intermittently. you can check the fuses? anything electrical always check voltage and ground, you can use a test light to check both.
