1984 380SL lighter not working

I have a 1984 Mercedes 380SL. The cigarette lighter does not work and the
fuse is not blown. Any idea how I can repair it?

Many times it is the lighter itself and not the connection wire. Just in case make sure you have 12v coming to the lighter connection
