2015 Lincoln MKS; Anyway to disable the automatic, high beam headlight control

Asked by Don Dec 23, 2017 at 06:23 AM about the 2015 Lincoln MKS Sedan

Question type: General

Recently purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKS and love the car except for the automatic high beam headlight control, which is switching way to close to oncoming cars.  Can it be disabled or fine tunes?

Mark, Thanks. I was able to use the override, but not to control the sensitivity or disable the high beam auto control with out leaving the autolamp switch, which I like. I looked over the manual and did not see away to adjust, which is why I asked.

Adjusting is probably not possible, but turning the automatic function off may be the best bet.
