I have a 2015 Mini Cooper D , black smokes comes out of the rear passenger wheel ? It’s smells of burning rubber .Its been in the Mini garage a number of times & they can’t find the problem ? Anyone get any ideas?

Has anyone looked to see if the emergency brake is engaged. Brake pads can be frozen on the rotor and that is the burning smell you detect. The dealer must have removed the wheel and also road tested the car. I believe you, but am surprised.
