2015 Mini Cooper losing radio presets

Took 2015 Mini Cooper to dealership because radio was losing presets. New
AGM battery was installed.  Did not fix problem. Fuses in fuse box are good.
Did technician need to reset something?

read in a forum that each key has its own profile. so if you switch keys you could lose the settings associated with that key. quick fix. use the same key or assign the same settings to both keys.
