At what mileage will 2015 LEXUS ES 300h have  
engine, transmission, water pump problems?  my
car  has 34,670 miles

This really depends on how you drive it and how well it is maintained. I would hope you have at least another 70,000 miles before you need repairs. I would expect the overall life to be north of 200,000 miles when well maintained.
