I know the seat belt one lol but the one above it that's on

That appears to be your check engine light. Will need to check your owners manual to be sure.

Autozone did the check it said misfire in cylinder 3 and they gave me some motor treatment

Yes I needed a tune up it needed spark plugs,coil,valve cover well that's what the mechanic said.. Thank You All For Your Help
