What would I have to replace in a 2001 Ford Escape when given the codes p0453 and 1401?

Asked by May 28, 2017 at 06:16 PM about the 2001 Ford Escape XLT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just need to know what to replace.  That is all the code generator is giving

Most probably the DPFE module (differential pressure feedback sensor) will need replacing. If the code doesn't clear in a couple cycles, then the EGR would be suspect.
