On a brand new car their should be no hesitation at all so something is wrong. My son has the 2013 and has never had any problems so far. Maybe try a different dealer. So many of them just cannot be bothered taking the time to find and fix problems like this because itis usually covered by warranty and the rates and times are specified by the manufacturer so the dealers don't want to take the time because it can run over the time and $ specs, so the loose money on the repair whenit takes longer.
