How can I get my tail lights and lights on top of boxtruck to work

Only taillights and upper lights dont work on back
of truck

Check the bulbs and fuses. I would also trace the wiring and look for damage.

requires some testing, for some reason the 12 volt usually red color coming back the chassis is gone, or maybe the ground wire usually black , is cut, a box often has wires exposed inside that can be probed for power or ground or even a new connection 12 volt wire to light up the string
