So my 2001 for escape check engine light
and coolant light on there is coolant in
reservoir. .I just had oil changed they filled
up...but also when I push on gas it takes a
minute before it actually gains speed ....I
bought this car few days ago and ran fine
until today.....or atleast nothing appeared
that way...

Have the trouble codes read to know more. When the car is cool, check the actual radiator level. I would also check the oil level, don't assume the oil change monkeys did it right.
