Rough idle with Heat On.

80,000 Miles on my outlander sport. Recently when
stopped at red lights/stop sign it will rpms will  
bottom out and bounce. I have not stalled but as
soon as i turn off heat/ac it goes back to normal.
Help!

The interior blower sucks electricity. When an engine has trouble like you're having when you add an electrical load, it's usually because the alternator isn't keeping up with the demand. Have the alternator tested; you likely need to replace it.
