How can I disable my toyota yaris 2015

My alarm is not going off, but need to disable
alarm so I can use new key that was made. We lost
original remote key and had new one made, but
new key isnt working because of alarm.

If a security system could be easily disabled, how good would it be? You need a mechanic/dealer to get your car out of this.
