GMC Savannah conversion van, 1997, will not crank. No power, new batter.

Vehicle ran fine a week ago. Has  been parked, locked, in yard until tried to
crank yesterday. New battery, still no power. Won't turn over. No lights,
nothing. Completely dead.

Have you tried having the vehicle jumped started with another vehicle ?
