Don't star

My 1989 bmw 325i don't want to star I put a new
starter ne ignition switch new cylinoid new rotor
new rotor cup new water new new timings belt
befor I change all that the oil sensor wire melts and
get burned I get a use harness change all that but
all it does is a click click and don't star what out
can I do to get it run, thank you
