2015 Ford Fusion won’t start

Ok so my wife drove to school and work
Thursday just fine. The car sat at our house
all Friday until she took off to go to her
moms. She made it a little over 2 miles and it
cut out but allowed her to pull off the road.
Now when i try to start it it cranks and tries
it’s hardest to start but just can’t quite get
there. There is a quarter tank of gas in it. I’m
stumped on this any help is greatly
appreciated.

This ended up being trash in her fuel line. I found the clog near the engine itself. A real pain to go through everything on these cars. While I had it all apart I cleaned everything and replaced the fuel pump since it was something I didn’t trust anyways. The car runs perfect now.
