2015 Altima 2.5s - no acceleration
Intermittent problem. I step on the gas and nothing
happens while in drive. When it happens the brake
lights are always on, even though I'm not pressing
on that pedal. When I tap the break, then the car
will go. Usually when this is happening when I turn
off the car, the brake lights will still be on even
though I'm not in the car. Does anybody know if in
these newer vehicles the acceleration is not allowed
when the break is engaged? It's not even revving.
Also does anybody have any ideas, as the
dealership says they can't figure out how to fix it.
there is a tsb from nissan for an updated stop switch and a change of wiring for it your dealer should be able to get the bulletin off of their assist program i know i just printed it off of it at work
Thank you for the response. Is there anywhere for me to print this off by chance?
if you can find access to pro demand or mitchells on demand you should find it under tsbs for engines
