I disconnected my car battery in my 2015 Kia Optima lx
2.4 and the radio not turning on how do I rest set it to
work again

Shawnee Mission Kia in Shawnee Kansas changed my starter and this happened to my car! Advisor insinuated it didn’t work when I dropped it off! How insulting, They are replacing the radio... How can a dealership not know how to fix this?
