Did you use a Dielectric Grease in the end of each Spark Plug Boot? - If it's equipped with a 3.0L or 4.0L V6 (especially the 3.0), check the PCV system. Don't just look at it, remove and inspect each tube and hose. They tend to collapse and create a huge vacuum leak - especially at the elbows. You don't need a special tube to repair it, a formed heater hose will do the trick.
