My 2015 Chevy Malibu cuts off when that
happens radio cuts off. Check stabilitytrack
pops up when it starts back up. Why is this
happening and what does stability track has
to do with this?

Electrical issues for sure. In 2013 they actually had a recall on the Stability track. This needs to be investigated by a mechanic. When things like warning lights, electrical issues like the radio as well as any change in acceleration and power to the motor, it is a huge indication that this feature is malfunctioning. Make sure to get it to a dealer before any other problems arise and become an issue.
