Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Which car would you get more bang for your buck
and why? The Chevrolet Traverse or Ford Explorer?
Or would you have a better suggestion for an SUV?

Both are decent SUV's. GMC Acadia is a better version to the Traverse. Drove both and see for yourself. you'd be surprised what a test drive will do to sway your decision.

It's funny you say the GMC Acadia as an alternative, bc that was another one I was very interested in as well. Thank you.

I agree you should drive them... By the way, Holden is GM in Australia. Check your facts before you shell out a lot of cash.

If you don't care strongly about power or refinement, the Mitsubishi Outlander is stupid-cheap for a seven seater. It should get you through it's lease period just fine.

Are there any known issues with the traverse ? I'm trying to decide between a traverse and equinox but I was told both are known for transmission problems.

Traverse
