Every morning my Jimmy needs a jump start because it didnt run for hourss

In the past few weeks, my 98
Jimmy will not start after it hasn't
ran for hours, especially over
night. If I hook the jump box to
my battery and do a quick start,
the Jimmy starts right up. It will
continue to start up, most if the
day, but the longer it sits without
running, the harder it is to start. I
recently had my fuel pump
replaced. Could the fuel pump be
draining my battery somehow?

If the fuel pump was running after the ignition is turned off you would hear it for sure. They make a distinct high pitch "whining" noise on this vehicle. But it sounds like you definitely have a current draw on the battery with the vehicle off. The longer it sits, the lower the battery gets and is unable to start the truck. The trick is finding the source of the current draw. There are plenty of vids and troubleshooting methods on this subject if you search around.
Wouldn't be the fuel pump, since pump is off when u turn off the key. Have the battery load tested, it may be weak. If test is ok, check for shorts or lights staying on when key is turned off

Mine had so many electrical problems, I installed a kill switch on the battery. Turn it off when I'm done with my trip and back on when I'm ready to roll...
