Cranking but doesn't turn over

Started up fine until one day it stalled and doesn't
turnover.Battery is really weak from cranking it. I
noticed that the fuel pump noise which always
comes on when I turn the key to start the car.Well
,there wasn't a noise.So,What do you think?I think I
might have a faulty fuel pump.I just wanted a
second opinion.Appteciated.

More than likely, you can have someone listen at the filler while you hit the switch just to be sure. A lot of times if you bang on the tank while cranking the pump and engine will run, so you can put someplace handy to change the pump
