We have a 2015 Ford Transit Van with less than 5000 miles purchases brand new. It won't start. We are being told that it has something to do with the outside termperature and the vehicle being hot.

The dealer does not seem to know what the problem is and why it won't start.
They say they it doesn't run long enough to capture the code. We had this
same problem when we initially purchases the van. Can you give some idea
of what is going on?

Try another Dealer DTC codes are stored.The vehicle running has nothing to do with reading codes connect to the OBDII port (J9162) and read codes
Remove key, exit vehicle and lock doors. Shut door. Open lock manually with key. Should start now. I found it's an anit theft issue.
My 2015 had similar problems. I replaced the fuel pump control module. $65, 15 minutes. Problem solved!
2015 Ford Transit 150 3.7 Flex So same problem as everyone else, No start below 40F. The first thing I did after turning it over several times was check fuel pressure, disconnected supply line to fuel rail and put pressure gauge on it and got 57 psi. Oddly enough while pressure testing it(the way I set it up was just having the gauge to the supply line and did not have it pass through to the rail) it tried to crank with only residual fuel in the rail. Reconnected line and started right up, thought it was a weird hiccup until next morning when it was cold again no start. Ran diagnostics no faults, smoked system, no leaks, checked watched several streams of live data and nothing jumped out at me as being problematic besides it not starting. After spending several days of checking and rechecking I could not find an issue so just from everything I've read and just out of pure frustration I replaced fuel pump driver module. No fix, and now I'm down to brand new fuel pump, throttle actuator, it has already been serviced prior to this issue so it has brand new spark plugs air filter etc... Still no start, may not be related but found breather hose on driver side connector from valve cover to air intake boot(opposite side of the PCV) is sucking in oil and moisture. Have physically inspected every aspect of the powertrain system and I am stuck. Anyone??? help would be much appreciated
